Shipping Policy

We want to make sure that your orders are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

Our processing time is typically 1-3 business days for most orders, except during high-volume periods where it may take up to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 for customers within the continental United States. For orders under $100, the shipping rate is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. We also offer expedited shipping options such as 2-day or overnight delivery for an additional fee.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carrier

We use a variety of shipping carriers depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx, but we may use other carriers at our discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to refuse any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or illegal. We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. 

If you are outside of the 48 contiguous United States, your hazmat item will be refunded.
