Q: What is a torch lighter? A: A torch lighter is a device that produces a high-intensity flame using butane gas. It is commonly used for lighting cigars, cigarettes, and candles.

Q: What type of fuel does your torch lighter use? A: Our torch lighters use premium butane gas as their fuel source. 

Q: Can I refill my torch lighter? A: Yes, our torch lighters are designed to be refillable. Simply purchase a can of premium butane gas, and follow the instructions on the packaging to refill your lighter. We do not recommend refilling your torch with generic butane meant for refilling oil or disposable / electronic lighters.

Ensure you fully empty your torch's fuel tank prior to refilling. Oftentimes, air will become trapped inside the fuel tank and prevent gas to be properly refilled. This air will need to be released from the tank.

Q: How do I adjust the flame on my torch lighter? A: Most of our torch lighters have an adjustable flame control feature that allows you to adjust the size of the flame. To adjust the flame, turn the flame adjustment dial on the bottom or side of the lighter. The dial will be indicated with “+” and “-“ signs.

Q: How do I clean my torch lighter? A: To clean your torch lighter, use a soft cloth or cotton swab to remove any debris or dirt from the outside of the lighter. If the flame is weak or inconsistent, you may need to clean the nozzle or burner with a small wire brush or toothpick.

Q: What is your warranty policy? A: We offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our torch lighters. If you experience any issues with your lighter within one year of purchase, please contact us for assistance.
